Silverleaf Advisors is a private equity firm organized to participate in the short-term window of opportunity that has been created by the recent economic downturn. Silverleaf operated a JV with Lehman Bros. in Europe between 2006-2008 under a detailed real estate investment strategy. Unfortunately, due to the credit crunch, the 158-year old investment bank collapsed in September 2008 forcing us to redirect our focus and return to our roots in South Florida. Silverleaf consists of a diverse team of professionals with backgrounds in real estate, banking, investment banking, accounting, corporate finance, collections and development.

We are now exclusively focused on the Florida distressed real estate market and the opportunities are the most compelling we have ever seen. In fact, we have purchased over 100 non-performing loans since our inception and are continuing to build out our platform. Our principal's experience in buying distressed real estate dates back to the Savings & Loan crisis days in the early 1990's.

  • Perform due diligence analysis on the debt and asset
  • Handle all legal and title issues
  • Underwrite the assets from a "best case" to "worst case" scenario
  • Eliminate title issues making the title marketable and insurable
  • Provide court appointed "receivership services"
